Nokia Maps arrives on iOS and Android

It appears that Nokia have now completed their Maps web app, which will work on both iOS and Android smartphones. The new web app will bring features such as voice-guided turn-by-turn navigation to devices. Not bad at all for a free web application.

You can access the new application on your iOS and Android device by visiting m.maps.nokia.com where you’ll now be able to access a completely free Nokia Maps application complete with voice-guided navigation.

The voice-guided navigation offers something we haven’t seen before in a web application and definitely advances Nokia to “Pass Go, Collect $200”.

The Nokia Maps application can already be seen, as a non-web application, on all Nokia Windows Phone handsets, and users can also receive turn-by-turn navigation thanks to Nokia Drive.
