Ever wondered how to change the size of shortcuts on the Desktop / Windows Explorer in Windows Vista?

Well…its actually very simple.

Change Vista Shortcut Size

  1. Minimize all your open Windows and click on the desktop a couple of times.
  2. Hold Down Control (CTRL) and increase/decrease the size of the shortcuts/icons by rolling the Scroll Wheel on your mouse.

Change Vista Shortcut Size

To increase the size of the icons in Windows Explorer, click on the little arrow next to ‘Views’ and move the slider to the size you like.

Thats it, told you it was simple ;)
