Microsoft has officially announced that a 250GB Hard Drive will be immediately available for Xbox 360 users in the North American region. A European release is also estimated to be happening fairly soon.
From many internet reports it seems Microsoft is pondering the future of data storage on the Xbox 360. What many seem to have good indications on are that an update will arrive late spring / early summer allowing for data to be stored on a USB Mass Storage device.
The sales figures for Battlefield Bad Company 2 have already surprised DICE and EA with sales figures greater than expected. According to reports, BFBC2 has sold over 2.3 million copies with an expected total of over 4 million within the first year.
Although Microsoft pledged that the game would be released in the first half of 2010, it seems the game will actually arrive on XBOX 360 on July 6th in the US and July 8th in Europe.

Joining very few titles such as Guitar Hero III and World of Warcraft, Call of Duty MW2 has also hit the billion dollar mark. Activision’s game made an estimated $550m in its first five days and sold more than 4.7 million copies in its initial 24 hours of release.
Rumour has spread that yet again Sony is delaying the release of its much anticipated title which has been in the pipeline for a long time now, Gran Turismo 5.
