British Gas has recently been implementing innovative technology to improve customer service and energy efficiency in the UK. One of their most recent pieces of tech is the ‘Smart Meter’. Smart Meter’s are very similar to conventional meters installed in homes; they hide away in dormant locations in the home and are rarely ever touched.
