The sales figures for Battlefield Bad Company 2 have already surprised DICE and EA with sales figures greater than expected. According to reports, BFBC2 has sold over 2.3 million copies with an expected total of over 4 million within the first year.
Reviews for the game have also been good, with many sites scoring it as either ’9/10′ or ’10/10′ and raving about the impressive multiplayer experience. Some of the members in our new forum have also shown interest with one even calling it one of ‘the best games around at the moment’ .
In multiplayer mode, Battlefield Bad Company 2 at peak has over 230,000 players online, which is much more than expected. Due to this, DICE has configured more servers for the game to counteract server issues – which gamers experienced at launch.
Let’s see if the success can match that of Battlefield 2.
