Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 pricing
Matt - November 4th, 2011 12:03 PM
With the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 release getting closer and closer, we’ve compiled a list of the current prices that UK retailers will be charging.
Modern Warfare 3, the latest iteration of the Call of Duty series, will be released in just 4 days time, on November 8th. With recent weeks proving to be very big for the gaming industry the pressure is definitely on for Modern Warfare 3.
The previous Call of Duty game, Black Ops, has proven to be one of the biggest selling games in history with it grossing more than Avatar, The Dark Knight and even Titanic taking $360 million in its first day of release.
UK retailer Game seem to have quite a good deal for Modern Warfare 3, which is based around a trade-in whereby if you trade in a game from the list they specify, you’ll be able to pick up Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 half price.
Obviously not everyone will want to do a trade-in so you’ll be able to pick up Modern Warfare 3 for £39.87 from Amazon.co.uk, £39.90 (Xbox 360 and PS3) from Tesco, with Game, Gamestation and Sainsbury’s all offering the title for around £40-£44.
To be fair, there aren’t too many deal about at the moment for the next episode of the Call of Duty series, so you’d better get in queue early if you want to grab your copy before they sell out.
Are you planning on heading out at midnight to pick up Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3? Let us know in the comments section below.
