CoolIT Domino i5 Testing

Back in July this year we tested the CoolIT watercooling kit using a heavily overclocked AMD 7750+ BE. It’s performance really surprised us with it absolutely caning the other coolers in question. However, processors have quickly moved on since July and we’ve got the likes of the Intel Core i7 and recent i5 dominating the market. Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 success equates to more than $1 billion in sales

Joining very few titles such as Guitar Hero III and World of Warcraft, Call of Duty MW2 has also hit the billion dollar mark. Activision’s game made an estimated $550m in its first five days and sold more than 4.7 million copies in its initial 24 hours of release.

Gran Turismo 5 Delayed…Again

Rumour has spread that yet again Sony is delaying the release of its much anticipated title which has been in the pipeline for a long time now, Gran Turismo 5. Originally GT5 was set to be released in Japan in March and other countries soon after, even though this release date was slated, the news doesn’t get much better seen as Sony has just announced that the release date’s status is changing to TBD ( to be determined) with no additional details available currently.

Customizing the character you play as has been a common feature in many of the latest games, not only does it allow you to create your ‘ideal’ look and waste a little more time, it also allows you to develop a greater personal relationship with the game. This maybe the case for some, but for those who are more bothered about their game statistics or skill, they’ll probably ignore the customization features and play the game the ‘classic’ way without pointless features.
