Apple’s war against the world seems to be going in their favour at the moment. First, we saw the Samsung Galaxy Tab get banned in a few countries, and now they’ve managed to get a few of HTC’s smartphones banned in the US.
This news comes not too long after Samsung saw their relatively new tablet, the Galaxy Tab, become banned in both Germany and Australia (Australia ban has now been lifted), and also after HTC saw falling profits throughout 2011.
The HTC handsets affected are the HTC EVO 4G and the HTC Droid Incredible, neither of which are available here in the UK.
Whilst the handsets have been banned, the actual ban itself will not come in to affect until April 19th 2012.
Do you live in the US and currently own one of the affected devices? Let us know in the comments below.
