iPhone 5 front 600x364 290x175 iPhone 5 To Be Released In October According to Orange BossOnce again, people are talking just a little bit too much about secret unannounced smartphones. And once again, it’s France Telecom Ceo, Stéphane Richard, who’s being a little too talkative during his conferences. As you’ll all know, the iPhone 5 is most definitely going to be announced soon and most likely some time in October according to a majority of bloggers.

Stéphane Richard was speaking to french media when he dropped another bombshell.

He said, “If we believe what we have been told, the iPhone 5 will be released on 15 October.”

Now, this wasn’t even an Apple related event, it was a BFM Business conference so the new iPhone is obviously right at the front of his mind if he feels the need to randomly drop such big bombs like the few he has recently.

As well as stating that the iPhone will be released in October, he also said that they will be released on “Special Tariffs”. I’m not sure why he felt the need to mention this because since the iPhone was released, there have always been dedicated tariffs for the iPhone. We’re hoping for some good deals this time round.

The iPhone 5 being announced and released soon is said to be sporting an 8MP camera, which many are hoping will be capable of recording in full HD, as well as and upgraded processor, most likely some improvements in the battery area and possibly a slimmer design.
