The 8.2-inch Motorola Xoom 2 has been leaked online in the Carphone Warehouse Christmas catalogue. The catalogue has outed the devices new 8.2-inch form factor as well as sub £400 price tag.
Motorola’s second generation of the Xoom, the Motorola Xoom 2 has been leaked online via the Carphone Warehouse upcoming Christmas catalogue.
The new device has therefore made its way into the premature appearances hall of fame thanks to this leak.
The Xoom 2 will sport a smaller form factor than the previous generation, and Motorola hope that a pre-Christmas release will help to boost sales after a disappointing third quarter in which just 100,000 of the original Motorola Xoom were sold.
As well as the smaller design, the Xoom 2 will sport 16GB of internal storage and will be running Android Honeycomb version 3.2 despite rumours that the Motorola Xoom 2 would be fast tracked for an Ice Cream Sandwich update.
The price tag, which was displayed in the catalogue and was intended for customers in Ireland, outed the Motorola Xoom 2′s price tag as €399.90 (£342).
