“Office Politics” Delaying BF2 Patch

"We have a little bit of office politics to sort out." These are the words of a DICE associate producer who commented on the final version of the Battlefield 2 V1.5 patch, the comment was made on the U.K. EA forum.
He then went on to say "Once that’s cleared up, we’ll be good to release it," and that "Unfortunately I can’t tell you what the office politics decision is about but it is worth the slight extra delay."
As far as testing the new patch goes, he said that there will only be a closed beta and no public beta. It’s expected that the patch will bring some pretty big changes to the game.
We’ll keep you informed if we have any further details about the patches release date or its contents.
