As you might have already known, Apple and Samsung are in one hell of legal battle at the moment. Apple successfully got the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 banned in Germany over patent infringements regarding the overall design. However, the tablet has been redesigned slightly and is now back on sale.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1N, as it’s now known, features two design changes that have enabled Samsung to begin selling the device again.

In a statement from Samsung, spokesman Jason Kim Said, “The design of the bezel has been changed and the speaker has also been relocated.”

Apparently, German courts agreed that these changes were sufficient enough for the iPad-alternative device to go back on sale in Germany.

We recently reviewed the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, and in all honesty it performed better than the Apple iPad 2. You can check out our review here.

What do make of the Apple vs. Samsung legal battle? Let us know in the comments section below.
