According to analysts, 2012 will bring the arrival of the Apple HDTV, which will mark Apple’s first entry into the TV market.
Now it’s not set in stone, but analysts, from what the know to be fairly solid predictions, say that Apple will most likely release a HDTV in 2012, with production starting as early as February 2012.
Obviously there are currently no specs regarding this, yet to be confirmed HDTV, but the screen will most like be supplied by Sharp.
What we do know though, is that it’s only going to be the best quality possible so prepare yourselves for one hell of a price tag.
Another interesting point was that Siri, the voice command enabled personal assistant, could be implemented into the TV. This would mean that it would compete directly with technology such as the Microsoft Kinect.
