Entering into XFX’s product portfolio tomorow will hopefully be the company’s first power supply unit. The PSU is rumored to be part of the ‘Black Edition’ series of products, joining some of XFX’s most prestigious products, namely graphics cards.

Although little is known about the Black Edition PSU, even at this late of date, we can confirm that it’s a 850W unit and is main specifications include the following:

  • 135 mm fan
  • passive PFC
  • 1x 24/20-pin
  • 1x 8-pin EPS12v
  • 1x 4/8-pin ATX12V
  • 4x 6/8-pin PCIe 2.0
  • 11x SATA
  • 8x IDE
  • 2x Floppy connectors
  • Can sustain at +3.3V: 24A at +5V: 30A at +12V: 70A, at -12V: 0.8A and +5Vsb: 3.0A.
