Conclusion
We’ve never really had any case like this for review. The Antec Skeleton is nearly a PC enthusiasts dream. Its big mother 250mm fan will keep even the hottest of components cool at low speeds and with the 9 LED settings. It looks pretty fancy pansy too. To upgrade components in this case, it’s no hassle at all. There are no removing lots of side panels or trying to connect a cable in a very limited amount of space. Installing and upgrading is easy with the Antec Skeleton.
However, there are some factors which stop it from being a PC enthusiasts dream. The first of which being that it’s pretty much impossible to install an aftermarket CPU Cooler in this case. Sure, there are coolers which are under 9-10cm tall. However, we want beefy coolers; the Antec doesn’t. Next problem is the price. Originally this was marketed at £140 and then went down to £115. Sure thing, this case has a USP of being unique, but come-on Antec, don’t be greedy.
These are petty remarks though. The Antec Skeleton really has shown itself to be a very good case. If you don’t already have a skeleton in your closet and you’ve got some money to spend, buy it – you won’t ever buy a normal case again.
