The Package

The Antec Quattro 1000W arrives in a very cleanly styled box. It’s completely white (bar the black sides), this makes it very annoying to photograph – as you can see by my poor editing.

The front simply sports the product name, three features being boasted (80 Plus, Quiet Computing and Dual Graphics Cards Ready) and the power supplies wattage, which Antec have cleverly embedded an image of the PSU into the text. Like the boxes of all Antec products, this looks very professional.

Moving to the rear of the box you can see the features listed in three languages: English, German and French. Also evident is a briefing about 80 Plus and some information as to what connectors are included.

quattro2 Antec TruePower Quattro 1000W

Located on the sides is a briefing to the Antec TruePower Quattro in three languages and a series of logos with text which identify features that the PSU supports.

Opening the box up reveals everything to be tightly packed and concealed in plastic bags. Polyurethane seems to be Antec’s choice of packaging for this unit; likewise it is for most of their products.

Included with the TruePower Quattro 1000W are the following:

  • User’s Manual
  • 4x Black Mounting Screws
  • UK ‘Kettle Type’ Power Cord
