The laptop cooler comes out of the box in its closed portable position making it no bigger than a standard 15″ notebook. The top surface is made from white ABS plastic with a spiral of slats which expose the fan mounted on the underside, this allows for plenty of airflow to reach the base of a mounted notebook / netbook. The cooler features a multi position incline by sliding the main top portion apart from the bottom then angling it into position, which then locks it, ready for use.

Once setup for use, a laptop sits comfortably on the laptop cooler in either position, allowing for more than one viewing distance of the monitor. The USB power cable on the laptop cooler is hard-wired on the cooler and has a coil power lead. This tucks on the right side of the laptop cooler once folded open easy for access.
