Installation

The Test Rig:

Processor

Intel C2D E5550 Dual Core 2.33GHz

Motherboard

Gigabyte S-Series GA-73PVM-S2H

Graphics Card

XFX 8600GT

Memory

Corsair XMS2 PC6400 (2x 1GB)

Hard Drive

Hitachi HDT7250 (250GB)

OS

Windows XP Pro 32bit

Installation proved very simple as all of the mechanisms are pretty basic – not a bad thing though I might add.

The drives all slot into their allotted places and I secured them using the correct screws for each instance – no problems trying to make poorly made rails fit here.

The PSU just slides in and is screwed down. Motherboard and graphics card installation are exactly the same to any enclosure.

Finally, all the connectors need to be done up and there are quite a few with the four case fans all needing to be plugged in.

Overall, installation was very simple and straightforward. If you get any problems just consult the manual, the detailed diagrams are very helpful.
