Testing
When testing the OCZ Platinum Triple-Channel kit I benchmarked them at their rated speeds and timings (DDR3-1600 @ 7-7-7-24) and also at the max stable overclock I achieved (DDR3-1884 @ 9-7-7-24). I used the popular Everest Memory Benchmark and also a few important ones in Sis Sandra.

Although the Memory Latency when overclocked was better, 55ns (lower is better), the speed factor was slightly worse when overclocked. This is the result of the slightly worse memory timings we used in order to achieve the overclock.

Also what is strange is that the speed factor of the Cache and Memory is lower when at the rated speeds than it was at the overclocked speeds.

Cost
For a 6GB Kit of Triple Channel OCZ Platinum DDR-3 1600 it will set you back £120. A pretty reasonable price for a low voltage kit that overclocks as well as these sticks do.
