Stability

From the graph it is evident that the 3.3V rail falls behind in 4th best, the 5V rail in 2nd/3rd best and the 12v rail in last. Moreover, it seems the 12V rail is way out compared with the other units.
In terms of stability, the voltage fluctuation over all the rails is just 1V. This is very stable indeed.

Out of all the power supplies we’ve reviewed so far as part of out power supply roundup, the Seasonic M12D is the most efficient with its power usage. This is concluded in the watt usage as it’s needing to draw much less power than the competitor PSU’s.
Noise
As for noise output, it was slightly louder than my case fans and the 4th loudest out of all the power supplies we’ve reviewed so far.
Cost
The Seasonic M12D 850W sells for about £150. This is the top end price for an 850W power supply. Is it worth it for the extra efficiency gain though? Well if you calculate your total power savings when using this power supply, the answer is probably yes.
