Conclusion

From what we’ve witnessed in the temperature results and by analysing the quality of the Spire TherMax Pro I can comfortably conclude that I’m quite impressed. For a CPU cooler which utilizes a 90mm fan, the Spire has performed remarkably well indeed. Although 90mm processor coolers are now considered ancient hardware my most enthusiasts, for cases where space is an issue, the TherMax Pro suits the task perfectly.

Bottom Line: With a retail price of £22 the Spire TherMax Pro fits right in the budget end of CPU coolers. It’s cooling performance is adequate for most users, however, those demanding silence or a CPU cooler for overclocking or gaming will want to look elsewhere. For a tight budget or a small system the Spire TherMax Pro is a well recommended buy.
