The enclosure itself is constructed using brushed 3mm aluminium and is painted in black – silver is also available. The Ultimate’s shell is a one piece aluminium design which is folded to mirror the shape of the front. On both sides of the enclosure is the phrase ‘Art Deco vs. Technology’ – an odd appearance to find on an external hard drive, nevertheless it spices up the boring all-black design the Tsunami’s shell uses.
