Well it appears that Vodafone’s, O2′s and Three’s little tantrum, opposing Everything Everywhere’s plans to roll out 4G by 2013, has worked and consequently Ofcom has delayed the final verdict until May 8th.

Ofcom has given TalkTalk until mid-November to explain why it has allegedly been making an increasing number of silent calls to customers, and has told them that they could face a £2m fine.

Free HD Channel coming to terrestrial TV

Ofcom has made another HD slot available on digital terrestrial TV. The slot is open to bid by broadcasters, which means another channel will be arriving on Freeview HD. Freeview HD needs no subscription as it is a free service – providing you have a Freeview HD box.
